GE needed help selling this complex transit-based surveillance system. The GE MobileView product was complex and transit authorities buyers were overwhelmed with a steep learning curve to simply become customers. Working with Sanda Communications, PathWorks proposed that a number of interactive product education tools be included in the CD-ROM. As well as designing the look and feel, PathWorks created these tools that allowed the buyer to interactively ‘play’ with the product thus increasing their familiarity with the product while generating a parts list emailed to GE MobileView sales staff.
